1. What we collect
- Account details — name, email, phone, and (optionally) a profile picture.
- Order & delivery info — shipping addresses, pincode, and order history.
- Payment method — only your chosen method (COD / UPI). We never see or store card or bank numbers.
- Content you post — reviews, ratings and review images.
- Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting information to keep the site working.
2. How we use it
- To process and deliver your orders and provide support.
- To manage your account, wishlist and cart.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmation, delivery updates) and, if you opt in, occasional updates.
- To keep the community safe through content moderation.
3. Cookies & local storage
We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and local storage to remember your cart and wishlist as a guest. We do not sell your data or use invasive third-party advertising trackers.
4. How your data is stored & secured
- Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row-Level Security, so you can only access your own records.
- All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
- Uploaded images are screened by automated moderation before they’re shown.
5. Who we share with
We share only what’s necessary to fulfil your order — for example, delivery details with our courier partners, and email addresses with our email provider (Resend) to send you transactional messages. We never sell your personal information.
6. Your choices & rights
- Access and update your profile at any time from your account.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any such email.
- Request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us.
7. Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes, and delete or anonymise other personal data on request.
8. Children
Our store is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
